Automotive consultancy Motorvise has celebrated its first decade in business by adding two major motor manufacturers to its client portfolio.

To fulfill this surge in demand, MotorVise is expanding its team of fifty professionals by creating as much as 4 latest roles, because it prepares to scale its operations and services.

Headquartered near Richmond, North Yorkshire, Fraser Brown, founder and managing director of MotorVise, is predicting that 2025 will probably be a record-breaking yr and the business was on target to surpass £2 million in annual turnover through helping manufacturers and dealerships improve revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty.

Earlier this yr, MotorVise launched its Enhancing EV Mix Programme, designed to spice up dealer electric vehicle (EV) sales by over 20% through redefining the showroom experience and reshaping customer perceptions.

Amongst its fastest-growing services is the Automotive Mystery Shopping programme, which uses telephone, online, and hidden video mystery shopping techniques to assist dealerships and OEMs implement targeted improvements that enhance overall satisfaction and repair quality.

From humble beginnings in 2014, when Fraser Brown founded MotorVise from his kitchen table using his bank card, the corporate has grown to work with 39 automotive brands across Europe.

This includes 10 of the highest 20 UK dealer groups and direct partnerships with 10 OEMs. As well as, MotorVise has expanded internationally, offering expert-led training programs which cover various areas akin to sales excellence, service advisor training, leadership development, and specialised courses on electric vehicles.

Former prime minister Rishi Sunak, MP for Richmond ,was available for the anniversary celebrations.“MotorVise is a remarkable success story, embodying the spirit of innovation and ambition,” he said. “Fraser and his team have built a business that not only supports automotive dealerships across the UK but has expanded to make a big international impact.”

Reflecting on the corporate’s 10-year journey, Brown remarked, “After I began MotorVise, I never imagined we’d find yourself partnering with among the biggest names within the automotive industry. Our mission has all the time been to equip dealerships and manufacturers with the tools and insights to drive sales and profitability.”
