Lexus Stoke has clinched the title of Centre of the 12 months, and Lexus Vantage Group Group of the 12 months within the 2023 Centre of Excellence awards.
The annual awards, presented at a recent ceremony in London, honour the top-performing Lexus centres in quite a lot of categories including, recent and used automobile sales, marketing, fleet and business sales and omotenashi (hospitality).
Lexus Stoke was recognised for its commitment and dedication to outstanding customer support and its consistent approach to operational excellence, winning the awards for used cars, fleet and business sales and the final word accolade of Lexus Centre of the 12 months.
George Holden, centre principal at Lexus Stoke said: “This accolade inspires the team push the boundaries in every thing we do, so an enormous thank you need to go to all our team members, our customers and Lexus for making all of it possible.”
The Lexus Vantage Group received the Group of the 12 months award for embracing the centre transformation challenge most effectively, while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The group has centres in Preston and Leeds, serving customers across Lancashire, Yorkshire and further afield.
