Keyloop Leads powers latest Renault customer enquiry portal

Keyloop Leads Powers New Renault Customer Enquiry Portal

Renault UK is enhancing its customer journey with a brand new customer enquiry portal, powered by Keyloop Leads.

The platform developed by the lead management software expert improves the general user experience and streamlines communication bewtween Renault UK retailers, dealerships, and their customers, providing fast and seamless assistance from phones and desktops.

Keyloop Leads helps dealerships reply to leads faster and more effectively, aggregating them from over 300 online sources and sending them to sales teams on the showroom floor immediately. It also provides configurable alerts and ongoing response reminders to assist ensure no opportunity is missed. 

Responses are branded, contain additional attachments resembling brochures and videos and are personalised by the salesperson to the client’s enquiry. 

Renault UK partnered with Keyloop Results in create the portal in anticipation of a surge of activity in 2024 and latest products including the all-new Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% electric, and the launch of the subsequent generation Dacia Duster.  

 Ben Fish, director of sales at Renault UK, (pictured) said: “Following months of development and testing, we will announce that our latest customer enquiry portal from Keyloop Leads is up and running. This partnership has enabled us to develop a cutting-edge solution that may ensure we will efficiently meet customer demand and deliver on our promise of fantastic customer experience.”
