Electrify America has set a brand new standard for electric vehicle charging stations with the debut of its first indoor flagship station in San Francisco. Finally, someone has done it right – providing EV drivers with a charging experience that not only meets their needs but exceeds their expectations.

For too long, EV charging stations are only all unsuitable with them being in large open parking lots with no cover or covering, no dedicated facilities resembling a toilet, and easily lacking the entire conveniences of today’s gas stations. Now, perhaps EV charging stations can begin to no less than be developed around the standard gas station model with features which are more designed for those spending a bit more time on the station – to charge their vehicle. It seems Electrify America has the correct idea and the model for others to follow within the near future.

Situated conveniently within the bustling South Market neighborhood, this indoor charging station offers 20 hyper-fast chargers delivering as much as 350 kW of power. However it’s not nearly speed; it’s about comfort and convenience. While waiting for his or her vehicles to charge, customers can calm down in dedicated temperature-controlled lounge areas, complete with food and beverage vending options. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi ensures that staying connected is rarely a difficulty, and the inclusion of restrooms with baby changing stations demonstrates a thoughtful approach to meeting the needs of all customers.

What sets this station apart is its concentrate on the shopper experience. Electrify America has gone above and beyond to make sure that EV drivers feel welcomed and cared for during their charging sessions. With 24/7 access, round the clock monitoring, and security, drivers can charge their vehicles with peace of mind, knowing that their safety is a top priority.

This indoor flagship station represents a big milestone in Electrify America’s mission to make EVs accessible to all, particularly in dense urban areas. By integrating customer feedback and insights into its design, the corporate has created an area that not only meets the functional requirements of a charging station but in addition enhances the general experience for drivers.

Because the demand for EV charging infrastructure continues to grow, Electrify America’s progressive approach sets the bar high for future developments. With plans to construct similar flagship stations in metro areas nationwide, the corporate is paving the best way for a more sustainable and enjoyable driving experience for EV owners all over the place.
