Škoda UK has named Vindis Škoda Bury St Edmunds as its 2025 Retailer of the Yr, marking a second consecutive win for the Suffolk-based retailer.
The awards, announced at Škoda UK’s annual Retailer of the Yr ceremony, recognise performance across the brand’s UK network. Vindis Škoda Bury St Edmunds also secured the Human Touch and Aftersales categories, becoming the primary retailer to attain this mixture of wins.
Wings Škoda Peterborough finished second overall, while RRG Škoda Bolton took third place, repeating its result from the previous yr.
The awards cover five core categories including Latest Automobile Sales, Used Automobile Sales, Fleet Sales, Human Touch and Aftersales.
RRG Škoda Bolton won the Latest Automobile Sales category, Johnsons Škoda Burntwood took Used Automobile Sales, and Garland Motors Škoda Aldershot secured the Fleet Sales award. Vindis Škoda Bury St Edmunds led the customer-focused categories, winning each Human Touch and Aftersales.
On the event, Škoda UK brand director Eric Boutin highlighted the brand’s growth, including reaching third place in Europe, the success of the Elroq because the second best selling EV within the region, and UK market share exceeding 4%.
The ceremony also recognised six Škoda Challenge 2025 finalists, who will represent the UK on the international finals in Krakow later this yr. The initiative highlights talent across sales and aftersales roles throughout the network.
