Peugeot vehicle owners in Malaysia who’re facing prolonged periods of doing without their vehicles because of required parts or repairs may now be offered a courtesy vehicle from Peugeot Malaysia, the corporate has announced. A customer’s eligibility for that is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The offer of courtesy cars to Peugeot customers apply to cases where the vehicle is taken off the road for safety concerns, drivability issues, or other unexpected circumstances, in line with Peugeot Malaysia. After all, terms and conditions apply.

Customers will probably be offered a courtest automobile if their vehicle is facing prolonged downtime because of the unavailability of required parts, Within the event that a courtesy vehicle from Peugeot Malaysia itself will not be available, the corporate will provide a rental vehicle as an alternative, for free of charge to the client, in line with the corporate.

When it comes to the brand’s aftersales progress within the country, Peugeot Malaysia had reduced its tally of open cases by 95%, from 2,500 cases to 117 cases, Stellantis Malaysia managing director Jamie Morais said in July.

Stellantis Malaysia assumed stewardship of the Peugeot brand in Malaysia from March this 12 months, and has offered a seven-year warranty on latest Peugeot vehicles sold through Stellantis Malaysia, or customers may elect to have a shorter five-year warranty coverage with a rebate on their vehicle’s purchase price.
