Lookers’ latest BMW dealership in Crewe is open after a £5.8m injection and significant upgrade.

The positioning on Fourth Avenue off Weston Road which closed for major construction works last yr now features the very latest showroom design with each model displayed in modern, state-of-the-art surroundings that features loungelike seating, unique lighting and premium furnishings.

The spacious, light-filled and tech-laden latest showroom adheres to BMW’s latest ‘Retail Next’ concept which debuted in america last yr, prioritising space, glass and natural light. The dealership also features an all-new contemporary aftersales space.

Lookers’ BMW Crewe redevelopment is its latest investment within the premium marque after first introducing BMW and MINI to its portfolio in 2016.

Rob Gower, head of business at Lookers for BMW and MINI (pictured), said: “Our latest BMW retail centre is an element of the ‘BMW Retail Next’ concept which represents our commitment to repeatedly investing in delivering an enhanced customer experience. Our £5.8 million investment also underscores our confidence in BMW as one in all the world’s finest automotive brands, which continues to take a position in innovation, distinction and luxury.

“As a team, we’re enthusiastic about our latest all-electric charging points for the exciting range of recent and emerging BMW i cars that are within the strategy of creating the last word driving machine for a more sustainable world.”

The brand new showroom is now home to the total suite of BMW’s range of electrical and hybrid vehicles, including the fully-electric BMW Gran Couple, the BMW i4 M50 and i4 eDrive50 models in addition to the 7 Series, X1 and 5 Series brands.

Lookers group chief operating officer Duncan McPhee said: “Our latest retail centre in Crewe proudly showcases BMW’s outstanding driving and sustainability credentials in a surprising, ambient environment where customers will really enjoy experiencing BMW’s world class range for themselves. Our partnership with BMW / MINI is vital for Lookers and we’re delighted that our latest BMW destination in Crewe will act as a significant retail hub for the northwest region.”

Complete with EV chargers and a variety of digital innovations, the main renovation has been purposely built to showcase BMW brand and can incorporate and extensive used automotive offering and extensive aftersales provision.
