When a prospective client approaches drive, we insist on having a client discovery meeting. It is because most are needing help to resolve an issue, and as soon as we now have an initial discussion, we’re invested in trying to resolve their problems.
The vital issue from the beginning is ensuring we understand exactly what their problems are.
That is where our discoveryĀ meeting, whether or not it’s in person or online, is all the time a structured meeting.
We frame the meeting to get a real insight of the required project end result, by asking questions and really listening to the answers.
And by listening, I donāt mean we use the time to take into consideration what we will say next.
Any solution or reply to the points raised, must be considered over time, and should even only be accurately answered on the project kick-off meeting or throughout the project itself.
We imagine that by having the client discovery meeting, understanding the issue fully and using our creativity to ensure that the design solutions look great and might be produced, we be construct long lasting relationships.
