After greater than 70 years in business, Union Leasing announced today it has rebranded as Moventum Fleet Management, signaling a more forward position within the evolving fleet management market.
The brand new name reflects a business that has moved well beyond leasing into full-service fleet management, focused on performance, lifecycle value, and long-term client outcomes, the corporate said in a press release.
“Moventum reflects where we’re going,” said Mark Hogland, president. “Fleets are critical to how businesses operate, and so they must be managed with that level of importance. We’ve built this company on relationships, accountability, and results, and we’re leaning into that as we grow.”
Mark Hogland is the newly appointed president of Moventum Fleet Management.

The corporate reported account teams averaging 15+ years of tenure, client relationships exceeding 10 years on average, and a Net Promoter Rating of 62.
As a part of Sasser, Inc., Moventum is employee-owned through an ESOP, an ownership structure that reinforces long-term considering and accountability across the organization, the corporate said in the discharge.
The transition also features a latest corporate headquarters, a purpose-built facility at 700 Commerce Drive in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Moventum’s model stays consistent: dedicated account teams, long worker tenure, and a disciplined give attention to client outcomes, the corporate said.
The name Moventum reflects the corporate’s position on the intersection of movement and momentum, supporting the fleets that keep businesses running. The brand new name’s guideline is “Keep Work Moving.”
“This isn’t a change in what we do,” Hogland added. “It’s a clearer expression of the business we’ve built, and a signal of where we’re headed.”
