McKeating, who has been with the corporate for greater than 25 years, has played a key role in its expansion and success. Having initially joined as an assistant accountant, she rose through the ranks to turn out to be finance director and later chief executive. In 2023, she secured majority ownership, paving the way in which for this latest development.
Her leadership has driven significant growth for the corporate, including the launch of a £6m aftersales facility in Dungannon in October 2023.
“That is an incredibly proud moment for me,” said McKeating. “My journey with the corporate began 25 years ago in 2000, once I joined what was then Agnew Commercials as an assistant accountant.
“Through the years, I actually have had the privilege of growing with the business, and in 2020, I became a minority shareholder through a Management Buy-In. By 2023, I had acquired majority ownership, and today, I’m thrilled to take full ownership of MBNI Holdings.”
The transition has been rigorously coordinated with advisor Neil McKibbin, whose industry expertise, McKeating said, had played a vital role in the corporate’s achievements.
McKeating expressed her gratitude, stating: “Neil’s unwavering commitment has played a pivotal role in shaping the strong foundation upon which our business stands today. I need to increase my sincere gratitude to him for his trust, mentorship, and dedication through the years.”
She reassured employees and stakeholders that while ownership has modified, the corporate’s core mission stays the identical.
“While ownership has modified, our mission stays steadfast – to deliver industry-leading service and to construct on the incredible success now we have achieved together. Our team is our biggest asset, and I’m deeply grateful for his or her labor, dedication, and fervour. That is an exciting recent chapter, and I look ahead to leading MBNI Holdings right into a shiny future.”
