Now fleet manager at Exact Sciences, she has refined and expanded their fleet, doubling its size to 1,100 vehicles. Belding is well known for her leadership, strategic vision, and contributions to industry associations like NAFA and AFLA.

Since 2011, she has managed NOV’s 5,000-vehicle fleet across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., a part of a world fleet of seven,000. In 2015, her role expanded to incorporate managing the corporate’s travel program, overseeing policies, compliance, and vendor negotiations.
