After previously winning the AM Award for Leader in Diversity and Inclusion TrustFord once more took to the stage in 2024 to gather the trophy for the third successive 12 months.
Its submission to the awards judging panel showed TrustFord goes from strength to strength, evidence of a laudable commitment to pursue its mission to be an excellent employer.
The judges were particularly impressed with its 2024 objectives to go that extra mile in enhancing diversity and inclusivity and its well-being initiatives, spearheaded by its board of directors including HR director Sharon Ashcroft (pictured) and chief executive Stuart Mustoe.
Its efforts span an entire range of actions to make sure its reach across the entire of its workforce no matter stage in life.
