A 2023 Lamborghini Huracán STO met a rough end on California’s Highway 9 near Santa Cruz after the driving force lost control and flipped the supercar. The high-performance Lamborghini, designed for the track with 630 horsepower and rear-wheel drive, landed on its roof and suffered extensive damage.
To clear the road and stop more incidents, the California Highway Patrol quickly shoved the wrecked automobile off the highway. Photos from the scene show heavy damage to the bodywork, which is generally carbon fiber, with visible cracks and gashes across much of the automobile.
Each the driving force and passenger walked away with only minor injuries. The crash happened within the Upper Highway 9 area, a winding mountain road popular with automobile enthusiasts seeking to escape city traffic. This time, the joyride ended with a costly reminder of how unforgiving those roads may be.
