Paint and bodywork repair specialist Revive franchisees are expanding into recent territories under an initiative from the corporate’s Executive Leadership Programme (ELP).

The invitation-only, MBA-style programme was introduced last 12 months by Revive’s franchise growth team to encourage high-performing franchisees to achieve even greater heights.

As a part of the initiative, ELP members have the chance to amass an adjoining territory on favourable terms, with potential money-back bonuses once the brand new area becomes profitable.

Revive director of business growth and business coach Ricky Taylor explained that the programme was developed in response to the ambitions of the corporate’s top franchisees, giving them the prospect to ‘bid’ for extra territories to scale their businesses.

“We all know that our top franchisees are wanting to grow, so we designed the ELP initiative to support that ambition,” said Taylor. “The response has been phenomenal, and I’m excited to see the impact this can have on their businesses.”

Already, 25% of ELP members have taken advantage of the chance, resulting in the creation of expanded Revive! territories in Surrey, Buckinghamshire, London, the South-West, and North Wales.

Amongst them are Jai and Reena Patel, who’ve acquired the newly established Bristol Central territory. The husband-and-wife team launched Revive! Gloucester in 2021 and have seen significant year-on-year growth.

“The extra territory expansion was all the time a part of our future plans, however the ELP brought our vision, application, and commitment to the forefront and made it a reality,” said Reena Patel. “It’s an exciting time for us, and with the support of the Franchisor teams, we’re confident we are able to achieve our vision for growth.”

The ELP builds on the success of Revive!’s Accelerated Growth Programme, which saw participants achieve nearly 500% higher sales growth than the remainder of the network.

With direct involvement from Revive!’s foremost board members, the programme helps franchisees define their long-term business objectives and provides the tools to grow profitably.
