You already know a vehicle is wild when it compels me to put in writing a WTF Friday post in spite of everything this time.
But when a mythical legend like this 6-wheeled (or tandem in case you prefer) Civic is accomplished. I even have to jot at the least just a few words down.
When you’ve been cars on the web since, oh, about 2008 or so that you’ve seen the photo above before.
A wild Civic EF with an EK front end, and an additional set of wheels behind the factory rear pair. This automobile could have easily disappeared into obscurity never to be finished like many a very ambitious construct.
No, I’m not throwing shade from my very own glass house I know the way long it takes to finish large projects.
Almost unbelievably the automobile was recently spotted in Ohio, with a accomplished exterior. Given the extensive body modifications, I even have to tip my hat to the owner for getting this automobile to the paint stage.
The considered block sanding the edges gives me nightmares.

While personally, I’d have loved to see it retain the wires I’m just completely satisfied to see it done. If we use 2009 as its earliest appearance that is at the least a 13-year-long project.
So far as I do know, the owner doesn’t have any social media, so unfortunately I cannot link you to progress or construct photos of any kind.
We just need to live within the moment and appreciate that the automobile is here today.

I’m told it was recently rear-ended, so the owner has a bit of little bit of work to do, but hopefully, we see some more of it soon.
These wild and excessive builds just rarely exist anymore so it’s very cool to see this one out and about.
