Revive! Auto Innovations has secured investment from Mobeus Equity Partners to support the following phase of growth for its mobile SMART repair franchise network.
The deal comes as co-founder Terry Mullen prepares to retire from the business with Mark Llewellyn continuing to guide Revive! alongside the present senior leadership team.
Revive! said the investment would support network growth, technician recruitment, technology development, marketing and operational infrastructure because it targets further expansion across the UK aftercare sector.
SMART repair growth
Revive! provides mobile cosmetic vehicle repair services to retail and trade customers, including dealerships, fleets and insurers.
The business said demand for fast, cost-effective and more environmentally efficient repair solutions is supporting growth within the SMART repair sector.
Revive! reported £26.5 million in network sales in 2025, a ten% year-on-year increase, and said it accomplished around 270,000 bodywork and alloy wheel repairs over the yr. It also said it had 56 franchisees and greater than 250 IMI-accredited technicians across its network.
The investment from Mobeus shall be used to support recent franchise territories, technician recruitment, technology to enhance job efficiency and customer experience, and stronger national brand awareness.
Founder to retire
Mark Llewellyn, managing director, said: “This can be a hugely exciting moment for Revive! We’ve built a robust, resilient and highly scalable business, and this investment allows us to speed up that momentum.
“Mobeus understands our model, our sector and – critically – our franchise-first approach. Together, we’re exceptionally well positioned to capitalise on a growing market opportunity.”
Mullen, who co-founded Revive! with Llewellyn and can support a structured transition before retiring, said: “I’m incredibly happy with what we’ve built at Revive! – not only by way of business success, however the strength of the network and the values that underpin it. The business is in a implausible position, with a robust leadership team and the proper partner in place to take it forward.”
