Genesis, in collaboration with latest partner CKD Automotive, has further expanded its retail presence in Australia by opening one other showroom in Sydney.
The Genesis Northern Beaches Showcase, positioned in Brookvale, is now open.
It’s the second of what Genesis calls ‘Agency Showcases’, with the opposite being Genesis Castle Hill which the brand opened with CKD Automotive in 2025.
These contrast with the brand’s Studios and Showcases retail locations, that are wholly owned and operated by Genesis.

While CKD Automotive has opened these latest locations, technically customers will proceed to purchase Genesis vehicles directly from the Korean premium auto brand as it should still own its own stock. It’s just like how Honda and Mercedes-Benz operate in Australia, right all the way down to the fixed pricing.
“Representation in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is one other significant step forward for Genesis and solidifies our presence across Sydney, while CKD Automotive perfectly aligns with our luxury-led brand values and customer-centric philosophy, seamlessly complementing our own retail sites and direct-to-customer model,” said Genesis Motors Australia boss Justin Douglass.
“Genesis’ retail expansion will proceed in 2026, with more agency partners and sites planned across Australia.
“Every latest location will probably be a totally brand-compliant Genesis Showcase, purpose-built by our investor partners to deliver a consistent, premium experience right across the network.”

Genesis has confirmed it should “expand into additional high-value regions of Australia over the following two years”.
“The main focus is on measured, quality growth of the Genesis retail footprint across key metropolitan markets,” the corporate says.
Briefly, by collaborating with retail partners, Genesis can expand its retail footprint in a more efficient and certain cheaper manner.
“Genesis Northern Beaches will operate under a centralised ‘one Genesis’ leadership structure, ensuring consistency across each [CKD/Genesis] locations,” said CKD Automotive Holdings managing director Chad Davies.

“This structure enables a seamless customer journey across sales and aftersales, delivering greater accessibility and convenience for patrons.”
“From a customer-facing perspective, they’ll see no difference on that front. They won’t have any competitive benefits or disadvantages or any differences,” Mr Douglass told .
“You’d find that almost all dealerships that exist in Australia today have various brands that they represent, so we definitely won’t compromise in the case of our showroom and standards – you won’t see one other showroom within our showrooms.”
Agency showcases will probably be expected to supply the identical sales and aftersales experience as other Genesis locations, including fixed pricing, as much as five years of complimentary servicing, and Genesis To You.

Genesis To You implies that in case you live inside a 70km driving distance from a Genesis outlet, your vehicle may be picked up and dropped off for servicing and also you’ll be left with a courtesy automobile.
The opening of Castle Hill last 12 months and Northern Beaches this month brings the tally of Genesis Australia retail locations to nine, 4 of that are positioned in Sydney.
Genesis operates what it calls Showcases in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
These are more like traditional dealerships, while Genesis also has what it calls Studios – flagship locations situated in areas with high foot-traffic – in each the Sydney and Melbourne CBDs.

Genesis currently doesn’t have any Studios or Showcases in South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory.
After deliveries of latest Genesis vehicles fell in 2024 by 26.9 per cent, its first annual decline since launching here in 2019, they climbed by 14.4 per cent in 2025.
This 12 months, Genesis will welcome the primary member of its latest Magma high-performance sub-brand, based on its slow-selling GV60 electric crossover.
Genesis hasn’t confirmed some other latest model launches for Australia this 12 months, though it has been spied testing overseas and plans to roll out Magma versions of all its vehicles.
Genesis has also confirmed it’ll launch its first hybrids and extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs), with the primary such vehicles expected to be revealed this 12 months. The brand’s local arm has previously indicated it desires to offer hybrids here.
