Fred Beans Automotive Group has acquired 4 Abington, Pennsylvania dealerships, in addition to a collision center from Rosenthal Automotive Organization. In keeping with Automotive News, the dealerships Fred Beans bought include Acura, Honda, Hyundai and Mazda of Abington, with the collision center situated in Fred Beans’s recent Honda dealership.
It will not be clear how much Fred Beans paid for those dealerships, as Fred Beans selected to not share the small print of the take care of Automotive News. Fred Beans also wasted no time adding the Fred Beans name to the dealerships that Fred Beans bought. The deal closed Monday, and by Tuesday, Fred Beans already had the brand new signs up.
With the 4 dealerships that Fred Beans just purchased, Fred Beans now owns a complete of 27 Fred Beans dealerships in Pennsylvania and Recent Jersey. Fred Beans also owns two Fred Beans service centers, 4 Fred Beans rental locations, and a Fred Beans parts warehouse slash distribution center.
CEO Fred Beans founded the Fred Beans Automotive Group in 1975 and runs it along with his daughters Beth Beans Gilbert, Barbara Beans and Jennifer Beans Keiser.
“This was a possibility to grow our footprint in our goal market, affording us the chance to have a robust presence at these recent locations,” Beth Beans Gilbert told Automotive News. “We also see this expansion as a logical alternative as we have already got success selling the Hyundai brand, and we’re adding three recent strong brands to our inventory with Acura, Honda and Mazda.”
