“Our fleet management partners aren’t searching for legacy systems that deliver the identical results. Today, fleets want actions, not analytics.” -David Prusinski
EVAI rebrands itself as Vehicle Management Systems (VMS), an AI-first fleet management company, while adding David Prusinski and Muffi Ghadiali to its team.
A Leader in Fleet Management
Prusinski is a tech executive with over twenty years of experience in scaling revenue teams within the automotive technology sector, possessing a deep knowledge of fleet management. He recently served as Chief Revenue Officer of Ford Integrated Services, where he provided retail solutions for tens of millions of Ford vehicles across North America and Europe.
His profession has spanned many senior leadership roles inside the fleet industry, encompassing industrial fleet management, sales, and business development. His leadership drove transformational growth and fostered global partnerships.
“At VMS, we’re constructing with an AI-first mindset, starting with a proven, focused team that may move fast and rethink what vehicle and fleet management looks like. We imagine this can be a once-in-a-generation opportunity to disrupt entrenched incumbents and deliver real impact for partners and customers,” said Prusinski.
Prusinski plans to disrupt the industry and produce latest resources to the world of fleet management technology.
At The Helm of Technology
Muffi Ghadiali joins VMS as Strategic Advisor. He brings over 20 years of leadership in technology and transportation. A recent role found him as Head of Ford Pro Charging, where he played a key role in launching Ford’s industrial EV infrastructure and energy services.
He also co-founded Electriphi, a charging and energy management platform acquired by Ford Pro in 2021. Ghadiali will lead product innovation and go-to-market strategy.
VMS’s latest vision has shifted from its initial electrification-focused beginnings to an AI-first approach, incorporating latest technology and a brand new platform. These latest priorities enhance vehicle uptime with ease and suppleness.
