2025 Toyota RAV4 price and specs

The Toyota RAV4 will go unchanged for the 2025 model 12 months, with no price or spec adjustments expected.

Nine variants can be found across five different trim levels, with a starting price of $42,260 before on-road costs for the front-wheel drive RAV4 Hybrid GX.

All models are powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder hybrid drivetrain, after the remaining petrol-only models were discontinued back in June.

The Corolla, Corolla Cross, Camry, and Kluger are actually also hybrid-only.

RAV4 wait times hovered at 4 months back in July, and a spike in sales saw 5182 examples delivered in September. To the tip of September, the RAV4 has amassed 43,232 sales in 2024.

All models have a black interior, though the XSE gets blue accents. The Cruiser may be had with optional Nutmeg (beige) leather, while the Edge offers a Orchid Brown and Light Grey Soft interior colour-way.
